The firm has offices located in Alabama (Birmingham), Florida (Jacksonville, Tampa, and Panama City), Georgia (Alpharetta), Louisiana (Metairie and Mandeville), Tennessee (Nashville), and South Carolina (Greenville). The firm is actively expanding into other jurisdictions across the southeast.

Associate attorney will meet with potential new clients to establish a positive and strong working relationship, while providing best-in-class legal, advocacy, and advisory services. Candidate will create and implement strategic, operational and tactical initiatives that support key business objectives, therefore, this role requires an attorney with strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Workers' Compensation Litigation required
Currently licensed and admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Strong Writers Preferred
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong research, writing and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently
Prefer candidates that are organized and self-motivated
