Outside Sales Regional Manager - Digital Marketing

The Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for leading and managing a team of 10 to 12 sales representatives within a specific geographic region. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing sales strategies with the team, monitoring sales performance, training and mentoring sales team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure overall sales success. The RM plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within their designated region.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $105,000-115,000.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and maintain the sales team headcount, ensuring a high level of talent.
  • Training and Development: Conduct 2-3 ride days per week to develop and train team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with sales reps to strategize new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
  • Team Meetings: Lead weekly team meetings and hold one-on-one sessions with each representative.
  • Cross Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and ensure cohesive sales efforts.
  • Motivation and Promotion: Motivate, encourage, and promote your team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Account Management: Build and oversee a book of business, managing at least 20 accounts that need to be allocated to team members.
