What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fractional Controller position at Hibernia Executive Partners?
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's preparation for their first audit. Must be willing to work on site in Ventura, California.
Responsibilities
- Review year end financials, complete reconciliations as needed
- Prepare year end adjusting entries
- Prepare required audit schedules
- Act as the point of contact for external auditors
- Create policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
