Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced (5 yrs) Barn Manager to oversee all daily operations of a 20-stall equestrian barn, full size Dressage and jumping arena with specialized footing using Sortes Equine fiber, automatic walking arena for 6 horses, and a separate training arena. In this vital role, you will ensure the well-being of the horses, maintain the facility’s safety standards, and manage a team of trainers, employees and clinics. Your leadership will foster a safe, efficient, and nurturing environment for both staff and animals, supporting the overall success of our equestrian program.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily barn activities, including feeding, grooming, exercising, and general care of horses.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of barn, grounds and equipment used daily
- Proven supervising experience in stable management environments.
- Keeping the stables occupied
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
