What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Server position at Hibachi Papi Bar and Grill?
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable server to join our team. We recently completed our soft opening and are preparing for our Grand Opening on Friday, March 28, so this is a great time to get in early and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, attentive service in a fast-paced environment
- Take accurate orders and deliver food/drinks promptly
- Maintain strong menu knowledge and make recommendations
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
- Handle payments and ensure an organized section
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Requirements:
- Prior serving experience required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay composed under pressure
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and opening events
