Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of beverage service and food handling safety.
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food preparation when needed.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Support team members with food safety practices, proper sanitation protocols, and adherence to health regulations to promote a safe environment for all.
Experience
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, guest relations, and sales through upselling techniques.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods.
- Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for processing transactions accurately.
