We’re looking for an experienced INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ready to grow with us—and maybe even trade snow shovels for sunshine.
What You’ll Do as a INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Troubleshoot, install, and calibrate machinery/ tooling, and other various instruments
- Effectively communicate with outside repair vendors in regards to troubleshooting machinery and come to resolutions on how to fix any issues
- Maintain shop and storage areas in a neat and orderly fashion
- Support daily production and duties as instructed by your supervisor or senior managers
- Perform preventive maintenance programs on production equipment
- Maintain maintenance records and PM schedules
What You Bring as a INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical/ electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience working as a manufacturing maintenance associate
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school education and/ or journeyman-level education is a plus
- A team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Points For:
- Spanish language skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and work around industrial equipment
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include heat, humidity, noise, and airborne particles

- CNC Metal Spinning Machines
- CNC Lathes and Turning Centers

- PLC and industrial controls
- Beckhoff, Fanuc, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi controls
