We’re looking for an experienced INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ready to grow with us—and maybe even trade snow shovels for sunshine.

What You’ll Do as a INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Troubleshoot, install, and calibrate machinery/ tooling, and other various instruments
• Effectively communicate with outside repair vendors in regards to troubleshooting machinery and come to resolutions on how to fix any issues
• Maintain shop and storage areas in a neat and orderly fashion
• Support daily production and duties as instructed by your supervisor or senior managers
• Perform preventive maintenance programs on production equipment
• Maintain maintenance records and PM schedules

What You Bring as a INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical/ electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Experience working as a manufacturing maintenance associate
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school education and/ or journeyman-level education is a plus
• A team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required)
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Points For:

• Spanish language skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and work around industrial equipment
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include heat, humidity, noise, and airborne particles

• CNC Metal Spinning Machines
• CNC Lathes and Turning Centers
• CNC Laser Cutting Equipment
• Laser Welding Systems
• Hydraulic Presses
• Industrial Chillers
• Air Compressors
• PLC and industrial controls
• Beckhoff, Fanuc, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi controls

About the Workspace
