Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for own product(s) success (Sales, CGM and share growth by attractive segment)
- Owns product input in overall MGPP and implements roadmap for given products to product line strategy
- Prioritizes NPD/PLC activity to ensure portfolio remains competitive with clear business cases and strategic rationale
- Spends 40% with customer/external stakeholders. Organizes & uses deep insights for decision making
- Ensures existing products are optimized with the correct options, pricing, sales tools to meet business objectives
- Development of tangible value selling propositions or all aspects of the product offering
- Cross functional influencing - driving and leading cross functional activities to deliver technical and commercial outcomes
- University level degree in technical and/or business field
- Multiple years of experience in on-road load handling systems or similar heavy equipment
- Experience in multinational working environment
- Experience in handling product and product business in different life cycle stages
- Sufficient technical understanding of product & application
- Mindset for strategic thinking, understanding of business strategies and goals
