Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between Hiab USA Dealers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Credit, and Customer Support
- Develop and execute Dealer-specific business plans focused on growth in Original Equipment, Digital Solutions, and Services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Dealer account information including payment terms, invoicing addresses, and equipment records
- Utilize CRM and reporting tools to improve forecasting accuracy and support the Dealer buying cycle
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities
- Attend trade shows and customer events within assigned territories
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Technical and/or Business Degree
- 5 years in a similar role
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Regular travel required
- Good technical understanding of product & application
- Strong commercial, strategic, and influencing skills
