Responsibilities

- Participate in orientation, training, and supervision.
- Observe and assist with clinical services and assessments.
- Participate in intake, case conceptualization, and treatment planning, as appropriate.
- Provide approved clinical or behavioral health services under supervision, when permitted.
- Complete required documentation and maintain client confidentiality.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, psychoeducation, groups, or other approved activities.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited or approved counseling, psychology, social work, nursing/nurse practitioner, or related behavioral health program.
- In good academic standing and eligible to participate in an internship, practicum, or field placement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and professional skills.
- Demonstrated interest in mental, physical, and behavioral health.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and populations.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to professional growth and learning.
- Ability to meet required internship hours and participate in required supervision and training.
