What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structured Finance Associate position at HIA Legal?
We are working with two leading New York law firms to recruit associates with 3 years of substantive experience in securitization and structured finance, as well as strong transactional associates with a clear interest in transitioning into the Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) space, to join top-tier Global Finance practices.
These market-leading teams sit at the forefront of the US structured credit and CLO market, advising on the full lifecycle of transactions, including new issuances, refinancings, resets and ongoing structural and regulatory matters. The practices represent a blue-chip global client base, including many of the world’s largest asset managers, alternative investment platforms and equity sponsors, as well as some of the most active CLO underwriters and arranging investment and commercial banks.

Salary : $260,000 - $420,000
