A leading restructuring and special situations practice is looking to add an associate to its Texas platform, with flexibility across Houston and Dallas.
The team is particularly active across:
- liability management transactions,
- debtor-side restructurings,
- creditor and ad hoc group representations,
- Chapter 11 matters,
- distressed financings, and
- private credit-driven special situations work.
