🎯What You'll Be Responsible For
- Growing sales and market share throughout your assigned region
- Developing new business opportunities with industrial, municipal, and contractor customers
- Supporting and expanding distributor and dealer relationships
- Conducting customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
- Building strategic relationships with key accounts
- Maintaining territory forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records
- Representing Hi-Vac at trade shows and industry events
- Providing market and competitive intelligence to leadership
What We're Looking For
✅Required
- 5 years of successful B2B industrial equipment sales experience
- Strong territory management and business development skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical equipment solutions
- Experience building long-term customer relationships
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
⭐Preferred
- Industrial vacuum equipment experience
- Hydro-excavation or environmental equipment experience
- Existing relationships within municipalities, contractors, utilities, or industrial markets
- Experience supporting dealer/distributor networks
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning, environmental remediation, or construction equipment industries
