We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, communicates exceptionally well, and takes ownership of every customer interaction from the initial phone call through completion of the job.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Service Advisor, you'll become the primary point of contact between our customers, dispatch team, field technicians, and management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer service requests and building strong client relationships.
• Reviewing technician findings and translating technical information into language customers understand.
• Preparing professional repair proposals and estimates.
• Recommending repairs based on customer needs—not high-pressure sales tactics.
• Following up on outstanding estimates to help customers make informed decisions.
• Working closely with dispatch to prioritize emergency service calls and schedule repairs.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure jobs move efficiently from diagnosis to completion.
• Monitoring repair progress and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Managing work orders, documentation, photographs, and service records.
• Helping identify opportunities for preventative maintenance agreements and system upgrades.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience as:

• Automotive Service Advisor
• Automotive Service Writer
• Dealership Service Advisor
• Service Consultant
• Heavy Equipment or Diesel Service Advisor

You should already possess:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sales ability without being pushy
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple jobs simultaneously
• Confidence speaking with customers
• Professional written communication
• Strong computer skills
• Experience creating estimates
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

Preferred:

• 2 years as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Experience preparing repair estimates
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable learning technical systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license
