Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electronics Hardware QA/QC Technician based in Salem, Oregon, USA. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic and electrical hardware through testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues. Key tasks include performing quality control checks on assemblies, running diagnostics, analyzing technical specifications, and collaborating with production teams to address faults. Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, with experience in circuit analysis and hardware testing
- Proficiency in Electricity principles, including troubleshooting electrical systems and components
- Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose technical issues and assess quality standards
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Familiarity with industry quality control standards, tools, and processes (e.g., ISO certifications) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documentation
- Technical training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field desirable
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or QA/QC roles is highly desirable
