Duties and Qualifications:
· Have experience reading & interpreting drawings, prints, ability to layout, etc.
· Know motor & control wiring.
· Know wiring complex lighting, power circuitry.
· Know applicable NEC codes.
· Comply with electrical safety in the workplace as outlined in NFPA 70E
· Have familiarity and able to follow all aspects of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
· Conduct inspections ensuring that projects meet plans, quality, OSHA standards and client requirements.
· Be a skilled communicator with experience leading 2-20 direct employees.
· Be able to communicate both verbally and through email with both direct employees, customers, and leadership in a professional manner.
· Be able to adapt to changing work requirements or environments.
· Be able to make decisions on their feet and recognize situations that require immediate response or action.
· Be willing/able to work under pressure to meet project goals and timelines
· Know EXCEL, WORD and use of computer.
· Generate daily production and progress work reports, JSA and upload daily time & production reports
· Have a TWIC or capable of obtaining one
· Have a valid Texas D.L.
· Make keeping employees safe a priority in all aspects of the job.
