Summary
We are seeking full-time and part-time Boat Decking Installers/Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate is focused on creating the best experience for our customers by being detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, comfortable working on boats, and enjoys hands-on work in both shop and marine environments. You'll work on-site and in the field, installing EVA foam decking products, templating boat surfaces, and ensuring superior professional finishes. Plenty of growth opportunity and potential!!!
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and team members in a highly professional manner.
- Perform on-site templating of boat decks using digital or manual methods.
- Assist in the cutting, prepping, and installation of EVA foam marine decking.
- Travel to marinas, docks, and boatyards to complete installations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, materials, and work area.
- Ensure a high level of precision, quality, and attention to detail.
- Follow safety procedures and company installation standards.
- Assist with inventory and shipping/receiving decking materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Prior experience in marine, construction, flooring, or installation preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
- Willing to learn, train, and grow with the company.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
