We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to lead our quality department in day-to-day operations and future development.

A self-starter, energetic and obsessed with getting all the details right. You love working in a shop environment inspecting both in-process and completed work on reconditioned and newly manufactured compressors and pump components.
You have 5 to 10 years of Quality control experience plus management experience (some machining experience would be a bonus!) and you're knowledgeable in ISO9001 and writing SOPs.
You'll be responsible for continuously improving and operating the systems to ensure that everything that ships out to our customers meets standards and is documented properly so they can count on us to keep their productions systems running.
Based in Tullytown, PA, Hi-Tech Compressor is the East Coast's Leading reciprocationg compressor parts and service supplier. We supply the highest quality OEM and replacement parts that meet or exceed manufacturers' specifications, and we have provided manufacturing and crucial for maintaining and repair services since 1999.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
