Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty wreckers and recovery equipment
- Perform recoveries, winching, load shifts, and roadside assistance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Complete job documentation accurately
- Conduct basic equipment checks and upkeep
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL (Required)
- Heavy-duty towing/recovery experience preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to pass screening
Preferred
- Industry certifications (WreckMaster, TRAA, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving ability in the field
- Self-starter mindset
