Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Battery Sales/Service Technician to join our team. As a Battery Sales/Service Technician, you will be responsible for towing, selling, installing, repairing various types of vehicles regarding light duty service. i.e. flat tires, lock outs, battery test, installing batteries, etc. Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and nights. Multiple shifts available 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm, 3pm-Close. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our systems and the satisfaction of our customers.
Duties:
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on batteries
- Sell Batteries
- Install Batteries
- Repair or replace defective components or parts
- Change Tires
- Lockouts
- Conduct field service visits to customer locations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and completed repairs
-Weekend flexibility
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of vehicle battery systems
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for accurate diagnostics
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
