Assistant Store Manager (Store #4506, Ka Makana Ali'i)

HI Steaks is seeking a highly motivated, solution oriented, and creative full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at HI Steaks - Ka Makana Ali'i, located in Foodland Farms!

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the store, obtaining maximum sales and margins, ensuring maximum standards of customer service, the development of staff and meeting all targeted projections and goals through the effective utilization of available personnel and resources. The Assistant Store Manager is a role model and leader and must solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the operations wisely in order to achieve maximum results.

Qualifications:

• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Must have a minimum of three years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Minimum one year supervisory experience within a similar capacity preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist.
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements
• Must possess valid TB Clearance.
