HI Power Solar Roofing & HVAC is a local, family-owned company helping homeowners save on energy and protect their homes. We’re looking for Lead Generators who want an easy, flexible way to earn commission by simply connecting people they already know with our team.

This is not hard sales.

This is not cold calling.

This is about making introductions and getting paid when we close.

How You Generate Leads (Easy Stuff)

You can generate leads in any of these ways:

• Talking with friends, family, neighbors

• Referrals from church groups, community groups, or clubs

• Posting or messaging on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp

• Connecting through LinkedIn or professional networks

• HOA conversations or neighborhood chats

• School, sports, or parent groups

• Casual conversations — “Hey, my company helps with solar, roofing, and AC if you ever want info”

If a homeowner is interested and we close the deal, you get paid.

What You Earn

• 2% commission on every deal we close from your lead

• Typical earnings: $1,000–$3,000 per closed deal

• No cap on commissions

• Paid per closing, not per appointment

What You Actually Do

• Make simple introductions

• Share basic info or pass along a contact

• Let our experienced team handle everything else
