Duties
- Assemble electrical control panels according to detailed schematics and technical drawings, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications
- Wire components using electrical wiring techniques to establish reliable electrical connections
- Interpret PCB (Printed Circuit Board) layouts and integrate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and equipment to prepare components and enclosures for assembly
- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, and quality checks to ensure traceability and compliance
Experience
- Proven experience in electrical panel building or related manufacturing roles with a focus on electrical wiring and assembly
- Strong knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and control panel design principles
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration into control systems
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and utilize hand tools, power tools, calipers, and equipment effectively
- Mechanical knowledge related to panel enclosures, mounting hardware, and component installation
