We are hiring a Property Manager - Villas of Wawasee to oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, rent collections, marketing, and compliance. This position plays a critical role in maintaining occupancy, controlling expenses, and delivering a high-quality resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
- Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
- Oversee rent collections, accounts payable, budgets, and expense control
- Ensure units are market-ready, maintain curb appeal, and oversee work orders
- Execute marketing, outreach, and resident retention programs
- Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company policies
- Process move-ins, recertifications, and resident files using Yardi
Qualifications
- 2 years of multifamily property management experience
- Prior Community Manager or Property Manager experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, budgets, and compliance
- Experience with Yardi property management software
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills

- On-call availability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Full-time position with weekend availability as needed
