Hi - Lo Staffing and Logistics is a small business in Miami, FL. We are professional, agile and innovative. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) cook.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly measured and prepped
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
