- Manage the delivery support team to maximize acres and ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver and apply crop production products, nutrients, and herbicides accurately and efficiently
- Maintain custom application equipment, trucks, and pickups in excellent working condition
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current Commercial Nebraska Department of Agricultural Pesticide Applicator's License
- Valid Drivers License or CDL that meets state requirements for equipment operation
- Bobcat and forklift certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
