What You’ll Own:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and freelancers to produce work that wows
- Concept and execute across digital, print, and experiential — from social to signage
- Translate strategy into visuals that feel smart, sexy, and on-brand
- Push creative boundaries while protecting consistency and craft
- Partner with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to develop campaign systems
- Balance bold ideas with precision — every pixel, every font, every frame matters
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, design tools, and what’s next in visual storytelling
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years of design experience (2 leading teams)
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus for motion or video chops)
- A portfolio that blends luxury, lifestyle, and a little bit of rebellion
- Strong conceptual and storytelling skills — because pretty isn’t enough
- Experience mentoring designers and giving feedback that actually makes work better
