The Role:
At hi-gloss, you won’t just make things look good — you’ll make them mean something. You’ll collaborate with our senior designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring big ideas to life across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.

What You’ll Own:
• Execute designs across digital, print, and social platforms with polish and creativity
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and art directors to bring concepts to life
• Support campaign development, branding, and content production for high-end clients
• Apply feedback with speed, accuracy, and good taste (you know when less is more)
• Stay up on design trends and pop culture so your work feels fresh and fearless
• Juggle multiple projects while keeping every pixel picture-perfect
What You Bring to the Table:
• 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or brand side)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• An eye for luxury aesthetics and a passion for design that drives emotion
• Attention to detail that borders on obsession — the good kind
