Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install seamless gutter systems on residential and commercial buildings.
• Ensure proper alignment and pitch for effective water drainage.
• Safely and efficiently operate gutter machines, saws, drills, ladders, and other tools.
• Inspect and troubleshoot gutter systems for leaks, clogs, or improper installation.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients as needed.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in seamless gutter installation (preferred).
• Experience in roofing, siding, or general construction is a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Applicants must live in or within 15–20 minutes of North Wilkesboro, NC (Wilkesboro, Moravian Falls, Millers Creek, Boomer, Ronda, Traphill, and nearby areas).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Performance-based pay: $10–$25/hour equivalent, plus commission based on skill and productivity.
