What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recess Enrichment Coordinator position at Hi-Five Sports Club?
Hi-Five Sports is dedicated to the development of children through sports. Our objective is not only to teach the fundamentals of a sport, but to teach children teamwork, sportsmanship and responsibility through athletics. As a recess coordinator the focus will be on increasing the overall safety of lunchtime recess and decreasing the overall bullying that sometimes happens during recess.
We are looking for a candidate who can provide a positive learning environment for elementary age students during lunchtime recess, in both an indoor and outdoor setting Our objective is to provide programming that engages all students and encourages a positive learning environment.
We are looking for candidates who can embrace our "Hi Five Value System" and help the kids develop a love for the game.

● Experience working with elementary age children in large group settings
● Charismatic,and engaging personality.
● Comfortable working with and communicating with both administration in person, via text, or on the phone phone.
.● Enjoys being creative, flexible, and innovative in working with elementary age children.
● Flexibility to adjust programming based on the size of the group and the venue
The candidate must be dependable...Our program runs every day school is open so the candidate must be available 10:00am-1:00pm
