The mission of the BCBA is to diligently provide ABA services to clients with autism or related special needs in order for the clients to achieve mastery of behavior treatment goals. The position requires compassion, integrity, organization skill, a firm grasp of ABA, and professionalism.
Hi-5 ABA BCBAs provide supervision and training for Technicians interested in becoming certified. This position often has flexible hours and involves high levels of interaction with the client, the client’s family, other Technicians, and your BCBA peers.
You are required to have, at minimum, a BCBA certification, LABA, Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS is required to be with clients one-on-one. We also require multiple background checks to ensure the safety of clients. Additional educational requirements may apply.
Part-time BCBA (hourly)
Average of 10 hours/week
Typical caseload size: 3-5 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours)
Required Availability:
- Weekdays: Flexibility preferred. At minimum, must have the ability to support clients within the 3:30-6:30 block.
- Saturdays: Must have the availability to support clients on some Saturdays during daytime hours (8:30-2).
Hourly Salary:
- $60-$70/billable hour
- $25/non-billable hour (capped at 20% of total billables worked unless otherwise specified)

Full-time BCBA (salaried)
Minimum billable hour requirement: 22.5/week, 90/month (40 hour work week)
Typical Caseload Size: 8-12 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours)
Annual Salary:
- $70,000-$85,000 Bonus
