Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
- Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists for integrated care
- Monitor client progress and adapt programs as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- Experience with ABA data platforms (e.g., Motivity, Aloha) is a plus
- Familiarity with CPT codes and ABA billing practices is preferred
- Competitive W2 salary: $80K-$90K/year (based on experience and caseload)
