Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends

What You'll Do
- Deliver individualized ABA services to clients aged 2–18
- Supervise and guide RBTs
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers
- Uphold professional and ethical standards
- Engage with a team that values quality over quantity
What You’ll Need
- Active BCBA certification
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work in-clinic in Oklahoma City (relocation support available)
- Availability Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
