Key Responsibilities:
- Support Clinical Leadership: Assist the Clinical Director in guiding and supporting a team of BCBAs and BCaBAs, contributing to clinical excellence through case reviews, individual consultations, and ongoing professional development.
- Insurance and Compliance: Collaborate in managing insurance authorizations and compliance with Medicaid, County programs, and PPOs, ensuring that client benefits are maximized.
- Training & Development: Facilitate staff training initiatives and stay informed on the latest ABA research and practices to support the Clinical Director in maintaining a high standard of care.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and support quality assurance processes to ensure clinical practices adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to newly credentialed BCBAs, assisting them in meeting professional goals and developing their specialization within the field.
- Community Outreach: Assist in building relationships with local schools, social services, and other community organizations to increase ABC Behavior's presence and collaborative opportunities.
- Team Morale and Well-being: Help foster a positive, supportive workplace by contributing to team-building activities and initiatives aimed at reducing burnout and enhancing staff satisfaction.
- Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- BCBA certification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a clinical ABA setting, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of ABA therapy insurance processes and regulatory compliance.
- Effective leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle both clinical and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work 3-4 days in-clinic.
