Position Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build experience in marketing, campaign coordination, event planning, and community engagement.
The Junior Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and live events for our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, eager to learn, and passionate about creating meaningful connections between brands and communities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and fundraising initiatives
- Support client campaigns by coordinating timelines, materials, and event activities
- Assist with brand promotion and community outreach efforts
- Help manage event logistics, including preparation, setup, guest engagement, and follow-up
- Conduct market research and gather feedback to support campaign improvements
- Maintain campaign reports, tracking documents, and client updates
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and event teams to meet campaign goals
- Represent clients professionally at events, community activations, and promotional opportunities
- Support the creation of marketing materials and presentations
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and strengthen brand awareness
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Customer service, marketing, sales, fundraising, hospitality, or event experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required
