We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing event marketing and promotions team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in marketing, event coordination, customer engagement, brand promotions, and public relations.
As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will support the execution of live promotional events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns. You will work directly with customers and clients to help increase brand awareness and deliver positive event experiences.
No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Represent client brands professionally at live events and community outreach initiatives
- Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, or promotions
- Help create positive customer experiences through face-to-face interaction
- Support event logistics, inventory management, and event breakdown
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful campaign execution
- Gather customer feedback and campaign insights during events
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all times
