As an Event Assistant, you will support successful event initiatives by assisting with event operations, engaging with attendees, managing event materials, and representing our brand in a professional and positive manner. Key Responsibilities

• Support event initiatives by assisting with daily event activities and operational needs.
• Represent the company at events, promotional activities, and community engagement opportunities.
• Welcome attendees, provide information, and create a positive guest experience.
• Communicate with vendors, partners, sponsors, and team members to support event needs.
• Maintain event materials, promotional items, and supplies to ensure readiness.
• Assist with administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and maintaining event records.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting events and increasing audience engagement.
• Gather attendee feedback and provide insights to improve future events and experiences.
• Bring creative ideas and solutions to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with customers, partners, and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
