*Active or Retired Law Enforcement Officer
*Knowledge of the organization and the relevant industry.
*Sufficient time availability for board duties.

*If needed, preferred and desired: be willing to be ASCI certified
Minimum Education:
*Either completed high school or to possess an officially equivalent certificate.
*If it is desired and needed, be willing to be ASCI certified
Minimum Experience
*Experience in information technology, or regulatory and public service.
