Job DescriptionThe East Hawaii Region of Hawaii Health Systems Corporation is seeking a Data and HR Systems Architect & Project Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen the hospital’s enterprise HR data ecosystem, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and security of the systems that support our workforce. The position plays a key role in advancing data governance, optimizing HR technologies, and developing high-impact reporting that drives organizational decision-making. As a strategic partner to leaders within the HR division, you will help shape efficient, compliant, and future-ready HR processes that directly support patient care and workforce excellence.Job DutiesOversee enterprise HR data governance by establishing standards, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring secure, compliant handling of information across all HR systems.Lead major HR technology projects, including system design, optimization, vendor coordination, risk management, and implementation of workflow improvements.Serve as system owner for HRIS and related platforms by configuring system settings, managing updates, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and training users.Develop and maintain advanced HR dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning, operational decision-making, and regulatory and compliance reporting.Design, support, and enhance integrations and automated workflows to improve accuracy, reduce manual work, and ensure seamless data flow between HR platforms.Produce audit-ready regulatory reports, interpret legislative updates, and partner with IT to update systems and processes as needed.Education: Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university and formal project management education.
