As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be an essential part of ensuring that our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, contributing to exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:
- Inspect Guest Rooms: Thoroughly inspect guest rooms post-cleaning to ensure all HHS cleaning standards are met.
- Provide Training: Provide training for team members as needed to deliver quality service.
- Monitor Appearance: Regularly assess the appearance and quality of rooms, carts, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow Procedures: Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices.
- Provide Excellent Service: Foster a welcoming atmosphere through friendly and compassionate service to all guests.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and outstanding guest experiences.

Physical Requirements
- Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and reach continuously throughout a shift.
- Lifting: Capable of pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lbs.) on both tile and carpeted floors.
- Chemical Handling: Must handle cleaning chemicals, including bleach, wax, and disinfectants.
- Equipment Operation: Proficient in operating equipment necessary for essential job functions.
