Job description:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable professional with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills to join our team. Property management experience preferred. Stable employment history required.
Customer Service:
- Answer phones and respond to email leads in a professional and timely manner
- Showings
- Collect and process monthly rent payments, post 3-day notices, and actively involved in tenants’ rental cycle.
- Provide customers' needs with positive attitude.
- Strong leadership skills, takes initiative and motives others, provides clear direction and support, steps up and takes charge when needed
- Excellent follow-up skills
Maintenance:
- Coordinate tenant service requests for maintenance.
- Regularly required to physically be able to walk and inspect properties appearance on a routine and arrange for maintenance according to company standards.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, or move up to 20 pounds to assist maintenance personnel.
