Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Helena, MT. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease management, property inspections, and ensuring properties are maintained to high standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating maintenance and repairs, collecting rent, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and policies. The Property Manager will work closely with property owners, vendors, and tenants to deliver exceptional service and resolve concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Property management experience, including lease administration and tenant relations.
- Knowledge of financial management tasks such as rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in facilities coordination, including scheduling routine maintenance and responding to repair issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with relevant property management software and tools is a plus.
- Understanding of local, state, and federal property management laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and transportation, as property visits will be required.
