Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO, at the Renaissance Denver Hotel and Conference Center, for a Sales Support Coordinator. The coordinator will assist the sales team by managing administrative and operational tasks such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless communication between team members and clients. Other responsibilities include supporting customer service efforts, tracking business leads, handling scheduling and correspondence, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries efficiently. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track metrics, and support decision-making processes
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build relationships and resolve client inquiries effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients professionally
  • Administrative Assistance experience, including scheduling, maintaining records, and preparing reports
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer support roles is advantageous
