Development Specialist

At HHM, we care differently and are looking for a Development Specialist to assist with expanding HHM Health’s presence by building community-based support networks, establishing auxiliary groups to raise funds, and cultivate local partnerships. You will also serve as the organization’s external ambassador in key markets.

• Promote community expansion & auxiliary groups in key markets


• Relationship building & networking 



• Support fundraising efforts and events 




• Utilize Market Intelligence & Reporting to provide insights and promote engagement

What you need to succeed

To be a productive member of our team, you will have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently, strong communication skills and the ability to preserve confidentiality. You will also have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.

• Ability to travel to various locations in the DFW area. 


• At least one (1) year of related experience, prior experience in healthcare or a non-profit is preferred


• Strong MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)


• Strong relationship building and networking skills


• Comfort level interacting and communicating with all individuals


• Passion for serving others
