This position begins as maternity leave coverage and has the opportunity to be ongoing.
$1500 sign on bonus
Job Description:
- Conduct and evaluate clinical assessments and observation- be familiar with common pediatric assessment tools used.
- Treat children with a wide variety of needs
- Complete assessments, plan of care, and daily notes using on-line medical records
- Work closely with families and other providers to provide child centered care- effective communication skills are a must
- Must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and a hard-worker
- Must have good problem solving skills
- Mentoring available and encouraged

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Degree from an accredited OT Program
- Must hold current MN state license as an OTR or COTA
- Experience with pediatric population preferred, but not required
