GENERAL SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be willing to work a flexible on-site schedule within the HME business hours, have a strong desire to learn, and be open to being taught as well as learning independently. Knowledge of HME and/or medical terminology is encouraged. Proficiency in computer, phone and interpersonal skills is essential.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- College coursework in business or related field preferred.
- Requires the ability to accurately type and demonstrate proficiency with a personal computer.
- Requires strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills in order to positively interface with all internal and external customers.
Requires the ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and operate basic office equipment.
