JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Manage a staff of 20-30 employees
- Ensures Quality, Safety, and Satisfied Customer Experience
- Responsible for Hiring, Training, Supervising & Evaluating Staff
- Forecast labor needs and write schedules to align with needs
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance
- Track Inventory
- Monitor cash handling procedures, reconcile cash accounts
- Point of Contact for Customer Service Complaints
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High School Education.
WORKING EXPERIENCE: Restaurant Management Experience Required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time.
Reports to the District Manager.
