Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors
- Oversee day-to-day association operations
- Ensure compliance with Florida association laws, statutes, and updates
- Coordinate, supervise, and direct the on-site maintenance team
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee service contracts
- Review contracts for pricing, scope, cancellations, and legal language
- Address and resolve association-related issues, violations, and resident concerns
- Maintain strong organizational oversight in a high-traffic Airbnb environment
- Utilize property management software (AppFolio)
- Experience with AppFolio
- Strong knowledge of association operations (HOA/COA)
- Proven experience working directly with Boards of Directors
- Solid understanding of Florida statutes and association governance
- Demonstrated leadership over maintenance and on-site staff
- Strong contract review and vendor management experience
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-visibility property
- Reliable transportation
