Position: Bilingual Leasing Professional

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Leasing, customer service, or property management preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Type: Temporary

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (With the ability to work weekends as needed)

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Professional to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries about rentals and leasing terms.
• Support marketing efforts through listings, social media, and community outreach.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and document collection.
• Prepare and explain lease agreements to new tenants.
• Address and resolve tenant issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of tenant interactions, leases, and requests.
• Provide reports on occupancy, renewals, and turnover to property managers.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely service and property upkeep.
• Process rent payments and follow up on delinquencies.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Sales aptitude to convert leads into leases.
• Familiarity with property management software and office applications.
• Detail-oriented for accurate recordkeeping and lease administration.
• Effective problem-solving skills for tenant and property issues.
