Job Description:
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants.
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries about rentals and leasing terms.
- Support marketing efforts through listings, social media, and community outreach.
- Assist applicants with rental applications and document collection.
- Prepare and explain lease agreements to new tenants.
- Address and resolve tenant issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of tenant interactions, leases, and requests.
- Provide reports on occupancy, renewals, and turnover to property managers.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely service and property upkeep.
- Process rent payments and follow up on delinquencies.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Sales aptitude to convert leads into leases.
- Familiarity with property management software and office applications.
- Detail-oriented for accurate recordkeeping and lease administration.
- Effective problem-solving skills for tenant and property issues.
