What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sterilization Tech II - Sterile Processing Facility - FT - 2nd Shift position at HH Health System?
Overview
Responsible to the Manager Sterile Processing Facility or Manager Turn Centers for the operation and administration of the Sterile Processing functions, including effective management of clinical systems and the work environment. Develops and monitors sterile processing standards, and promotes the overall goals and objectives of the department’s mission. Must be able to adjust to and lead others through a rapidly changing environment.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Certification: Must be IAHCSMM certified as a Central Service Technician (or equivalent) within one year of hire.
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, surgical and/or sterile processing preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
